Helpful & Inspiring Resources
My clients often say “I just didn’t know where or how to get started!” If you’re wanting to find some calm and control in your life, I’ve compiled a list of some of my favourite blogs, books, and films that can help you get the ball rolling in that direction.
Before I get started, I want to emphasize that you do NOT have to be or become a so-called “minimalist” to benefit from these resources. They share simple how-to’s, food for thought, and personal experiences to guide you to a simpler life. That simpler life can look however you want it to. (It’s never a bad idea to try to picture it or articulate what it feels like though!)
While I drew early inspiration from these decluttering, organizing, minimalist, and simplicity experts: Courtney Carver, Rachel Jonat, Brooke McAlary and Gretchen Rubin, the resources listed below are more accessible for a wider audience.
If you’re looking for something specific, don’t be shy, contact me – I would love to nerd out about it with you!
Ok, here we go.
